What I think can revive the Hip-Hop side of music industry (talent wise)

As we know, many of the most talented artist we wish to be main stream are held under the radar. Those like Lupe Fiasco, Joe Budden, and many more. The reasoning's behind this plentiful from artist refusing to cross over to main stream, to the public demand and DJ's. I found a couple of simple solutions.

First, I feel like we as the consumer need to get more involved in support. Subscribing to the artist's on the web, and frequently checking on updates. The reason why some other artist as so popular is because we search them on regular drama to get the scoop. That alone keeps their buuz alive between singles and albums. What I have done is every day on my sites I post one underground artist's video or song and get the public's reaction and convince them that this is the type of music we need to be picking up knowledge from. Really support the artist and don't just argue about why the game is messed up.

Second, I feel like those young cats who are coming up in the game need to push more on being independent. This will broaden tour chances of sticking to what you are accustomed to instead of converting to main stream in hopes of getting a deal. This will change the game completely because it will change the way major labels bargain with the artist. It's always better to be independent any way because it's more money in your pocket.

Last, STOP GIVING THESE WACK ASS SONGS THE TIME OF DAY!!! Sometimes I can't believe some of the garbage people listen to just because it makes them dance. If you stop feeding the garbage to keep up with the trend, THEY WILL STOP PUTTING IT OUT. it's all good to have fun but those who love Hip-Hop and care what happens to it in the future need to stand uo instead of talk. I'm even talking about myself.

Thanks for taking the time out to rock wit ya boy.
